At Riddlebook, we like to keep things simple about refunds. The basic rule of the game is, a user registers on the website and he adds his
fund into the account using the payment gateway. That fund remains in his account and he can withdraw that amount whenever needed till
he registers himself for the game.

We assure a 14-day satisfaction period in which you feel you are not satisfied with our services we will refund the entire amount spentby you.

Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. After processing the request, we will be notifying you the same.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

In any case if the game gets cancelled, the user will get that amount refunded into his account.
