At Riddlebook, we like to keep things simple about refunds. The basic rule of the game is, a user registers on the website and he adds his
fund into the account using the payment gateway. That fund remains in his account and he can withdraw that amount whenever needed till
he registers himself for the game.

We assure a 14-day satisfaction period in which you feel you are not satisfied with our services we will refund the entire amount added to your account.

If your fund is being used to play any game, we will not be able to refund the payment to you. We will only issue a refund for funds loaded to your account.

Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. After processing the request, we will be notifying you the same.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 weeks.

In any case, if the game gets cancelled, the user will get that amount refunded into his account.
